Refund Policy

As our sewing patterns are digital products, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds once a pattern has been purchased or downloaded.

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so if you’ve experienced a serious issue with your order or there is a genuine problem with the pattern files, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

If you have accidentally purchased the wrong pattern, changed your mind, or no longer want the pattern, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Before purchasing, please make sure you have selected the correct pattern and checked the size range, required materials and other product details.

If you believe there is a significant issue with your order or the files you received, please contact us at hello@dannirosedesigns.com with your order number and details of the problem.

We’re a small business and always want you to have a positive experience with Danni Rose, so we’ll look at each genuine issue individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
